Dear Parents:
Welcome to the 2009-10 school year at B.B. Harris Elementary. If you are new to our school,
you will find it to be a wonderful place for your children to learn. We have excellent teachers,
dedicated school staff, and a hardworking PTA!. Our goal for the 2009-10 school year is to raise
money for media and technology improvements in our school.
As you look throughout the school calendar, you will see we have a lot of fun events planned
for this year. We welcome you to join us. We have many events that can use helping hands.
If everyone helps a little, we can do a lot! We need your help to make the PTA successful
this year. Our committees have dedicated volunteers, but we need and we welcome newcomers
to join in the fun! Working together as a group and working towards helping our children
succeed is what PTA is all about. We challenge you to stay involved in your child's education
and PTA is a great way to do just that.
