During the week of August 4, we will only register new students on Thursday, August 7, 8:00-12:00 in the Media Center.

Registration - Withdrawal papers from previous school are required to verify grade placement. Grades 1 - 5 should have confirmation of passing the Georgia Criterion-Referenced Competency Tests (CRCT).

Registration is Monday through Friday, 8:00-10:00 A.M.

Documents required for registration are:

Proof of Residence- Verified by a lease or mortgage along with two utility bills (no phone bills)
If you are residing with other individuals whose name appears on the lease a Residency Affidavit must be completed along with a copy of the individuals mortgage or lease and two utility bills.

Birth Certificate - Required for Kindergarten and First Grade

Georgia Vision Hearing and Dental Certificate #3300

Students transferring from out of state may go to the nearest health center to have their immunization records transferred onto the Georgia health forms.
